Airport pick-up and drop-off for both international and domestic flights in Nepal
Three nights at The Dwarika’s Hotel, Kathmandu, on a bed-and-breakfast basis, single occupancy
Helicopter flights on a shared basis, including:
Kathmandu to Monjo
Everest Base Camp to Lukla via Pheriche, then onward to Kathmandu
Helicopter return in the event of early departure due to weather, medical, logistical, or safety considerations, at the sole discretion of the expedition leader.
All required permits for the Everest Base Camp trek
Three nights in the award-winning Mountain Lodges during the trek on a twin-sharing basis:
One night in Monjo
Two nights in Deboche
Four nights of trekking accommodation with attached bathrooms in:

Two nights of trekking accommodation in shared common-room lodges in:

Gorak Shep
Electric blankets are provided at teahouses during the trek, except in Gorak Shep
One-night camping stay at Everest Base Camp in highly supported expedition tents, including all meals
Enhanced support presence at Everest Base Camp
Three meals daily during the trek, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner with soup, plus tea or coffee
Professional porter support at a ratio of one porter per two participants
Personal baggage allowance of up to 15 kg (33lbs) per participant
One sleeping bag provided per participant
First aid medical kit carried by the trekking team and guides

Any additional treatment, testing, medication, or evacuation services beyond the scheduled consultations are the responsibility of the participant.

Minimum required coverage: USD $150,000 medical and USD $500,000 emergency evacuation and repatriation
