Arrival & Preparation — Kathmandu

Kelly, Karin, and Jesse arrive in Kathmandu. Silvia already on the ground. West Coast crew departs in the evening.
May 10
Andrew and Roya arrival (morning, TBD).
Sunday — Integration Day
Gear check, Thamel exploration, optional massage, and light preparation.

Nepal — The Ascent

May 11 — Kathmandu → Namche Bazaar
Helicopter transfer into the Khumbu. Initial medical check and acclimatization. Overnight in Namche.
Filming Focus: Arrival sequences, breath awareness, establishing Namche, first contact with altitude.
May 12 — Thamo Nunnery & Everest View
Acclimatization hike to Thamo Monastery. Puja ceremony and filming with nuns. Afternoon hike to Everest View Hotel. Overnight at 12,729 ft.
Filming Focus: Spiritual rituals, prayer flags, human connection, sacred feminine energy, first Everest views.
May 13 — Everest View Hotel
Interviews and environmental filming with panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
Filming Focus: Reflection, scale of nature, internal journey, silence and presence.
May 14 — Everest Base Camp + Return
Helicopter to Everest Base Camp and Khumbu Icefall. Return to Kathmandu (~2 PM). Afternoon filming at Monkey Temple and Boudhanath.
Filming Focus: Emotional and visual climax, high-altitude exposure, integration of the journey.

Tibet — The Pilgrimage

May 15 — Arrival in Lhasa
Transfer to St. Regis Lhasa. Visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.
Filming Focus: Cultural immersion and sacred devotion.
May 16 — Lhasa → Ali → Taqin
Flight and drive to Kailash base region (4,600 m). Acclimatization.
Filming Focus: Vast plateau, transition into pilgrimage.
May 17 — Kailash Kora Day 1
Trek to Dirapuk Monastery (~22 km).
Filming Focus: Beginning of pilgrimage, devotion, north face of Kailash.
May 18 — Kailash Kora Day 2 (Dolma La Pass)
Crossing highest point of the kora (5,630 m).
Filming Focus: Threshold, endurance, transformation.
May 19 — Completion & Lake Manasarovar
Completion of kora and visit to sacred lake.
Filming Focus: Integration, peace, spiritual completion.
May 20 — Return & Departure
Flights back to Lhasa and onward to Hong Kong.
Filming Focus: Closure and return to the world.

Hong Kong — Transition

Kelly and Roya depart - Thursday May 21. Andrew, Karin, and Silvia remain for meetings.
